SPIN

A great cardiovascular workout on the bike, ideal if you like interval training and a great thigh workout. All levels welcome, why not come and try out our Schwinn bikes.

PUMP FX

A body conditioning class to strengthen and tone upper and lower body using bar bells.

AB BLAST

With this class the focus is on the abdominal muscle group – that’s right those tums!! All levels welcome.

KETTLERCISE

An entire functional body workout with kettlebells. One piece of equipment, one goal and that’s fat liberation!!
