LBT
Legs, bums and tums. The name says it all!!!! Concentrating on those areas we all want to work on. All levels welcome.

YOGA
Create a flexible body and balance your mind!!!

TAE BO
A medium impact aerobics class with combat moves, a great class to get you moving.

PILATES
Slow moving core stability exercises, great for posture and body shape. All levels welcome.

CIRCUIT
A circuit class incorporating cardiovascular and strength exercises. Intermediate/Advanced level.

ABS
With this class the focus is on the abdominal muscle group - that's right those tums!! All levels welcome.

SPIN
A great cardiovascular workout on the bike, ideal if you like interval training and a great thigh workout. All levels welcome.
