WHAT WE DO.

We are an independent Health and Fitness Club located in Mold, Flintshire. We are a family run business that has been trading since 2004.

 

We have a range of membership options to suit your requirements including Full and Off Peak memberships all with No Contract, No Joining Fee! We also have special rates for the Over 50s and Students.

 

Our Club has a fully equipped gym, a large aerobics studio, a spin studio as well as a café area and changing rooms with showers etc.

 

We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere at the Club and our fully trained staff are always willing to help.
