At PT Fitness, we recognise that no two people are the same, which is why we believe your training programme should be tailored to suit you. With a variety of equipment and studio spaces to help you train your way, you’re guaranteed to find something for you. From cardio and spin, to Cross Fit, strength training, weights and more, The Club has all the resources you need to succeed.



Our large gym floor is split into 3 zones.


For all of your cardio needs, choose from 8 treadmills, 4 cross trainers, Stairmaster, rower and bikes. 


When it comes to weights, take advantage of squat racks, cages, benches, lifting platform, dumbbells and more.


For functional fitness, try our power bags, slam balls, resistance machines and cable crossovers. 



In the studio, you can attend a number of fitness classes; from Spin, MetaFit and KettleBells, to Yoga and Pilates (see the Studio Timetable for details). 


Classes are free for all of our members and non-members can attend on a pay per class basis (phone 01352 753553 to book). 


When there are no classes running, members are free to use this large airy space to train with equipment such as the battle rope, TRX, punch bag and weights.
