Hybrid Circuits
Fast, fierce, and functional. This 30-minute calorie-burning blast fuses Hyrox-style training with classic circuit formats for the ultimate full-body challenge. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and grit—all in a time-efficient session. Open to all levels, with progressions to push your pace.

HYROX TRAINING
Our brand-new HYROX training classes are designed to help you build strength, endurance, and mental toughness through structured, race-specific workouts. Join our HYROX community and experience functional fitness like never before. From sled pushes and rowing to wall balls and running intervals – every class is built to challenge and elevate your performance.

FIT4
Fit4 is a challenging but fun class concentrating on control and technique using a mixture of equipment and body weight to condition your whole body. Brilliant for all levels of fitness – especially those that want something a bit different.

KETTLEBELL WOD
Power up your full body with this high-energy kettlebell workout designed to build strength, endurance, and control. Each session finishes with a focused abs blast to fire up your core and leave you feeling strong from head to toe. All fitness levels welcome—come swing, sweat, and smash it.

STRETCH
Our stretch classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.

SPINNING
Spinning is the popular instructor led group fitness activity sweeping the nation! Participants ride a number of stationary bicycles in a fitness studio alongside excellent instructors and a great soundtrack. Spinning is an excellent cardio based exercise allowing you to increase muscle strength, fitness, and endurance!

Aerotone
A double hit of fitness: start with an upbeat aerobic section to lift your heart rate, then move into a full-body toning session to build strength and definition. It’s low-impact, high-reward, and designed for all abilities. Whether you're just starting out or levelling up, Aerotone meets you where you're at.

WOD
WOD (Work Out of the Day) is a group exercise, studio-based class here at PT Fitness. The concept taps into the culture of the functional training trend, encouraging competition and camaraderie between you and those sweating and swearing next to you.
