We're an independent, family-run health and fitness club in Mold, Flintshire, trading since 2004. Two decades in, we're still built around one idea: fitness should work for your life, not the other way round.

That's why membership is straightforward. Full or off-peak, with special rates for over-60s and students, no contract, no joining fee, so you're never locked into something that isn't working for you.

Inside, you've got a fully equipped gym, a large studio for classes, a café to relax in afterwards, and changing rooms with showers, everything you need in one place.

And when you walk in, our fully trained staff are there to help, not to judge. That's the atmosphere we've built this club around.
