WHAT WE DO.
We are an independent Health and Fitness Club located in Mold, Flintshire. We are a family run business that has been trading since 2004.
We have a range of membership options to suit your requirements including Full and Off Peak memberships all with No Contract, No Joining Fee! We also have special rates for the Over 60s and Students.
Our Club has a fully equipped gym, a large aerobics studio, as well as a café area and changing rooms with showers etc.
We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere at the Club and our fully trained staff are always willing to help.

I was nervous about joining a gym on my own,with putting on weight after high steroids due to a transplant I needed to do something for the rest of my health. I've never been to a gym before so I didn't have a clue.The staff were amazing, made things clear,kept checking I was OK etc etc.I did my first class today and everyone was so lovely, welcoming and supportive. I love it here,it's helped me already in so many ways........ Thankyou x
